ReplyDeleteI wonder who those censored names are... I've always had a suspicion that she was inlove with one of her co-stars and got heartbroken... either bawal or unclear yung girl. But that's just me.
ReplyDeleteI know matagal na to, but may her soul rest in peace. And i hope mental health problems will get complete cure someday. I know homosexuality was considered a mental illness before, but with further research and studies, they took it off the list of mental illnesses. But I still actually think it has correlation with mental health issues. I wish this world will get better one day soon.
I want to end my life too. Im so tired
ReplyDeleteOh no please don't! Whatever it is that you are going through right now, lift it all to God. He will hear your cry, he will hear your prayers. Life is indeed beautiful.
DeleteHow could this world break such a wonderful, kind young girl? I can't understand. She died but made sure that no one would feel guilty about it. It's not fair that the kindest people are the saddest. They deserve to be happy.
ReplyDeleteto those having depression always think you are love and dont give up surrender all to GOD
ReplyDeleteI'm here now because I've re-watched their teleserye Oh My G. 2015, I also knew about her death but I was still young back then. Now that I've grown up and understand problems like this, I've made further researches about her death. And I saw this page. Her problem was serious. I know it wasn't easy for her that time.

ReplyDeleteKnowing you're true sexuality is one of the biggest challenges facing people nowadays. Because there's a lot of different sexuality that we refer. Julia suffered from depression as a result of killing herself. Perhaps he was scared to be judge of people because of his sexual identity. Suicide is the bad idea for me, you need some one to talk to share you're problem to him or her and don't forget reach to god if you not confidence to share the problem for someone.

ReplyDeleteI don't have the right to judge a person because I don't know what he went through but no matter what problem comes his way is not to take his own life and to overcome it and to take his own life is a sin that cannot be forgiven according to that in the bible Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I don't have the rights to judge other people lives because I don't have any idea what he/she went through in his/her life. But no matter what any problem comes taking his/her life is not the answer in any problem.

ReplyDeleteTo all people who have depression in life, don't give up! Be strong and trust God. God will help us to achieve our dreams. Don't end your life, continue living because life is beautiful. Let people judge us. We're not perfect. Nobody's Perfect .
ReplyDeleteEvery problems we have there’s a solution with it. Julia was scared to be judge of people because of his sexual identity. That’s why he take his life because he lost control over his thoughts. It’s because his thoughts made life unbearable and trapped them into thinking that his only option was to end it. Suicide isn’t the solution to any problems we have. No matter what our problem, God is the solution, Let God into your daily routine and help you solve your problems
ReplyDeleteIt's normal to feel confused or curious about whether you're straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual or queer. Lots of people also feel this way because others in their life may that think sexuality is a 'choice' or assume that being straight is 'normal'.In this life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing truly matters how to choose to react to it and what you make out of it. Life is all about learning, adapting, converting all the struggle that we experience into something new.suiicide is not the answer but the faith in god
ReplyDeleteThe tragic death of Julia Buencamino left a lasting impression on many individuals, including me. I was devastated by the passing of such a gifted young actress because I was a follower of her work. But her passing also highlighted the link between mental illness and suicide, which got me to thinking about how critical it is to spread awareness of the problem and provide assistance for those who are dealing with it.The fact that Buencamino's death brought attention to the strains and tensions that young people in the entertainment industry suffer was one of the things that struck me about it. While it can be simple to believe that famous people have it all—fame, riches, and success—the truth is sometimes far more nuanced. Buencamino's passing demonstrated that even individuals who appear to have it all can experience mental health problems, and that we need to be more cognizant of and sympathetic to the difficulties that young people encounter. The fact that Buencamino's death generated a wider discussion about mental health and suicide in the Philippines was another aspect of his death that had an impact on me. I've spent a lot of time in the Philippines and have witnessed personally the stigma that exists there around mental health. People may find it challenging to discuss their issues with depression or anxiety in public, and those who need it frequently lack access to tools and help. Buencamino's passing brought this problem to light and demonstrated the need for greater assistance for persons dealing with mental health problems.Overall, Buencamino's passing served as a tragic reminder of the value of mental health and the need for increased education and assistance. It caused me to think about my own experiences with mental health as well as the ways in which I may help people who are close to me who might be experiencing difficulties. It also helped me understand the importance it is to talk openly about mental health and eliminate the stigma related to it. While we will never be able to bring Julia Buencamino back, we can commemorate her memory by working to enhance the services and help available to those in need for mental health.

ReplyDeleteThe terrible reminder of the destructive effects of mental illness is provided by Julia Louise Centenera Buencamino's suicidal letter. Her remarks give a true and honest account of the anguish and pain she was going through, and it is unfortunate that she chose to end her life.
ReplyDeleteI was struck by how lonely and isolated she felt after reading her letter. Despite having loved ones around her, she continued to feel utterly abandoned and unsupported in her troubles. This is a typical experience for many people who are dealing with mental illness, as it can be challenging for them to ask for assistance and support due to the stigma and shame associated with these problems.
Her letter also emphasizes the significance of removing the stigma associated with mental illness and fostering a society that is more accepting and compassionate. Too frequently, rather than showing compassion and empathy, those who are dealing with mental illness are treated with judgment and ignorance. This may make them feel even more alone and forlorn, which will make it harder for them to get the assistance they require.
It's crucial to understand that suicide thoughts and actions are a sign of a mental disease rather than a human flaw or weakness. No one should ever be made to feel guilty or ashamed for feeling these things, and it is crucial that we give them the assistance and tools they require to deal with these difficulties.
Reading this letter serves as a sobering reminder of the value of raising awareness about mental health and assistance. Together, we must combat the stigma associated with mental illness and build a culture of understanding and compassion for the difficulties that people with mental illness must confront. Only by working together will we be able to stop tragedies like the one that claimed the life of Julia Louise Centenera Buencamino and guarantee that everyone has access to the resources and support they require to live happy and meaningful lives.
Upon reading miss Beuncamino's suicide note I realized how dangerous our brain is. From the letter you can tell that she was loved and cherished by the people around her regardless of her flaws and her gender. You'll never know what word or treatment can cause such tragedy like this. It'll just suddenly snaps and sadness will swallow, you whole.l
ReplyDeleteReading about Julia Buencamino's story breaks my heart. It's devastating to learn about the struggles she faced and the tragic end to her young life. My deepest condolences go out to her family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
ReplyDeleteThe mention of her suicide letter and the circulation of it on social media is deeply concerning. It's a stark reminder of the importance of respecting privacy and handling sensitive content with care, especially when it comes to matters of mental health.
Discovering Julia's sexual orientation and identity adds another layer of complexity to her story. It's a reminder of the challenges individuals face in navigating societal expectations and finding acceptance for who they are.
I hope that Julia's story prompts meaningful conversations about mental health awareness and support, and that it encourages us all to extend compassion and understanding to those who may be struggling. May she rest in peace, and may her legacy inspire positive change in how we address mental health issues in our society.
Upon reading the suicidal letter of Julia Buencamino, a realization have crossed in me, that we should not disregard those signs of someone who's suicidal or those people who have suicide ideation. In this generation, young people are very prone to self-killing. One of the signs of those suicide ideation is isolation. This stage is where they isolate themselves and embrace the feeling of loneliness where they proceed to questioning their emotions.
ReplyDeleteThe story of Julia Buencamino reminds us that we should always check on people around us. People tend to show their brightest smile in front of us, however behind that smile is a thousand negative thoughts and emotions. They tend to mask themselves because they are worried that they may become a burden to other people.
To those people experiencing a hard time right now, may you find peace and complete healing. Trust the process. Always believe and surrender all your burdens to God.
I wish she talked with her parents earlier and tell them the truth before she decided to take her own life. As a parent and a muslim, I know it is hard for us to accept that my child belongs to the LGBTQ+ community but as a parent I would gladly accept my child with his/her preparation as long as he/she never go against our belief.

ReplyDeleteJulia, I know how hard you are feeling right now, and I want to remind you that there is still hope, no matter how hard it is. Your identity and the experiences you've had are important. You are not alone in this fight; many people are willing to listen and understand. Sometimes, people can be judgmental and can't understand what you're going through, but don't forget your worth. There are many people who love you and are ready to support you. Think of the good memories with your family and friends and that's part of your story that needs to be continued. Don't forget the things that make you happy, like your love of the sea, making glitter jars, and your passion for art and writing. There are many more great opportunities waiting for you. Please get help and talk to people who care about you. Life is full of challenges, but there are still opportunities that can change everything. Don't lose hope. You are important and valuable. Take care of yourself and keep fighting. We are here for you, and you matter to us.
